[Modeling] Prototype AUML tool

Hi!

I've hacked up a prototype tool for drawing (new style) AUML diagrams.

The tool (which requires Perl and Tcl/Tk) takes a textual description of a
protocol (or interaction diagram) and generates an .eps file.

Comments, bug-fixes, and offers to improve the tool are all cheerfully
